Aporro Custom 19mm 4-Row Gems Iced Cuban Link Chain is a must-have chain if you pursue ultra sparkling and weighty cuban chains. With the upgrade to 4 rows of flashy CZ stones, you will be surely in the spotlight wearing it.

You can also customize a unique clasp for yourself! Whether it is a simple pattern, numbers, or letters (Not exceeding 6 letters), we can put them on the clasp! There will be an extra fee of $50 charged for a customized clasp. Please contact us after you place the order.

16" and 18" is a common choker styles, but note that please select the right size for yourself. If you're unsure about the size, please contact customer service to select the right one.

There are NO returns or exchanges on Solid Gold Products and Custom Products, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Once any of our Solid Gold Products and Custom Products go into production, there can be NO cancellations.

Additionally, Earrings, Grillz cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Mystery Boxes, Sale Items, Gifts are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable.

How long does the shipping and processing take?

Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time

Shipping within the United States is handled via USPS and takes on average 3-5 business days after processing (1-2 days).

Why is the tracking number not working?

When we ship our packages to you there are no further updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update.

Why was my payment declined?

How do I change/modify my order?

If you notice a mistake with your order after receiving an order confirmation email, please send us an Email to sales@aporro.com  or contact with our customer service(website/Instagram).

*Please note that we can help you to change the size, removing an item, changing your shipping address before shipment. Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

How do I cancel my order and get a refund?

Aporro provides a 30-day warranty on all products. Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order. Beyond 14 days ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.

All custom items and solid gold items are not subject to returns.

My first time ever purchasing and I made an error, so I contacted customer support and under 3 minutes got a response. Very straight forward, professional, knowledgeable and very outgoing. Resolved my issue also under 3 minutes lol. Very friendly would definitely recommend and if you ever make an error or have issues they have warranty and respond very quick and resolve whatever you needed help on ! Her name was Sophie and she was very sweet and outgoing for me!!!

I personally only wear gold chains ,but decided to switch it up. I bought the Wong Chain !its amazing. My diamonds shine bright in the sun and the Chain is so nice. The delivery process was quick and easy. Definitely would recommend!!!
