How long does the shipping and processing take?

Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time

Why is the tracking number not working?

When we ship our packages to you there are no further updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update.

Why was my payment declined?

How do I change/modify my order?

How do I cancel my order and get a refund?

Aporro provides a 30-day warranty on all products. Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order. Beyond 14 days ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.

All custom items and solid gold items are not subject to returns.

First of all the customer service is impeccable. I made a mistake and ordered yellow gold instead of white gold. They were very forgiving and changed my order to white gold. So double check your order to make sure it’s correct. I was informed of everything that was going on with my order I was never left in the dark on anything. Aporro is awesome guys you will not be dissatisfied or disappointed ordering with them.
