  • Pre-made Grillz is easy to fit your teeth(Click here for instructions).
  • Wax bars (used to adjust the grillz size; safe for your gums and teeth), a piece of anti-tarnish silver polishing cloth, and manual will be contained in the package.
  • Made of 925 sterling silver, the product can be cleaned with toothpaste, soft toothbrush, and anti-tarnish silver polishing cloth.

HOW TO WEAR YOUR OPAL GRILLZ?

 

1. Adjust the shape of the grillz by bending it gently according to your teeth

2. Adjust the back hooks of grillz, make sure they can fit in your teeth

3. Place the wax bars into the grillz

4. Pick up the product with a tweezer and submerge it in hot water (~170°F) for approximately 15 seconds or until the wax bars turn transparent.

5. Caution! The grillz is hot when taken out of the water. Please wait 3-5 seconds to cool it down. Place the grillz on your teeth, in the perfect position to wear the grillz, wait 20 seconds and the wax bars will be shaped at the end. Please don't move your grillz during the process or you will fail to get the correct size.

NO returns or exchanges conditions
There are NO returns or exchanges on Solid Gold Products and Custom Products, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Once any of our Solid Gold Products and Custom Products go into production, there can be NO cancellations.

Additionally, Earrings, Grillz cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Mystery Boxes, Sale Items, Gifts are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable.

How long does the shipping and processing take?

Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time

Shipping within the United States is handled via USPS and takes on average 3-5 business days after processing (1-2 days).

International shipping is depended on the shipping company in different countries and takes about 3-8 business days.

Why is the tracking number not working?

When we ship our packages to you there are no further updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update.

Why was my payment declined?

If you have trouble paying via credit card: Please check the details of your card information to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or if the card is currently being reviewed by your bank. In the case that your payment is still refused, we suggest trying a different card or payment method.

How do I change/modify my order?

If you notice a mistake with your order after receiving an order confirmation email, please send us an Email to sales@aporro.com  or contact with our customer service(website/Instagram).

*Please note that we can help you to change the size, removing an item, changing your shipping address before shipment. Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

How do I cancel my order and get a refund?

Aporro provides a 30-day warranty on all products. Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order. Beyond 14 days ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.

All custom items and solid gold items are not subject to returns.
