There are NO returns or exchanges on Solid Gold Products and Custom Products, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Once any of our Solid Gold Products and Custom Products go into production, there can be NO cancellations.

Additionally, Earrings, Grillz cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Mystery Boxes, Sale Items, Gifts are final sale and cannot be returned.

How long does the shipping and processing take?

Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time

Why is the tracking number not working?

When we ship our packages to you there are no further updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update.

Why was my payment declined?

How do I cancel my order and get a refund?

Aporro provides a 30-day warranty on all products. Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order. Beyond 14 days ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.

All custom items and solid gold items are not subject to returns.

i bought 3 necklaces from Aporro which are awesome! I get a lot of compliments. I bought a 4th necklace but it didn’t fit me well. Aporro allowed me to return it and get a refund. I had a great experience with the return without any hassles.

One of the best Cuban links I have seen in my life! Quality that is really worth the money! The stones are actually all handset and much better than my local jeweler's jewelry. The quality is incredible; it has a good weight on it and the full link is 1 piece. the cheap stuff on amazon is connected link by link. The details really do matter. The stones are so shiny and hard!! I'm really happy with the purchase!
