Question 1

How do I choose the right chain length?

Accepted Answer

Your chain length depends on how you want the piece to sit. Shorter lengths such as 18" usually sit closer to the collarbone, while 20" is a clean everyday length for most people. 22"–24" gives a more relaxed street fit and works well for layering or wearing with pendants.

For the best fit, consider your neck size, body frame, and how you plan to style the chain. If you are unsure, 20"–22" is usually the safest range for daily wear.

Question 2

How do I choose the right chain width?

Accepted Answer

Chain width controls the weight, presence, and overall look of your piece. Slimmer chains are easier for everyday wear and layering, while wider Cuban, Rope, or Tennis styles create a stronger statement.

If you want a clean daily chain, choose a smaller or medium width. If you want the chain to stand out on its own, go wider. For heavier iced-out styles, also consider comfort and how long you plan to wear the piece each day.

Question 3

Which chain width works best with my pendant?

Accepted Answer

The right chain depends on your pendant’s size, weight, and bail opening. A larger pendant usually needs a stronger chain with enough width and structure to support it. A smaller pendant pairs better with a slimmer chain so the pendant stays balanced and does not get overpowered.

Before ordering, please check the pendant details and chain width on the product page. If you are unsure whether a chain will fit your pendant, contact Aporro Service before purchase.

Question 4

Can I customize the clasp on my Aporro chain?

Accepted Answer

Selected chains may support clasp customization. Availability depends on the chain style, material, width, and clasp design.

Please note that some clasp customizations may require an additional fee and extra production time. Contact Aporro Service before placing your order so we can confirm availability, pricing, and timing.

Question 7

How do I know which size/length chain is best for me?

Accepted Answer

Aporro offers a variety of chain lengths ranging from 14'' to 26''. For a standard fit, 16-18 inch chains are ideal for women, while 20-22 inch chains are popular for men. Longer chains create a stylish layered look, while shorter chains sit closer to the neck, offering a more elegant appearance. If you need styling advice, feel free to email us or leave a message on Instagram.

Question 8

How do I choose the right chain width for my pendant?

Accepted Answer

For pendants under 2 inches in height, we recommend pairing them with chains less than 5mm wide, such as a rope chain, tennis chain, or Miami chain. If your pendant is around 2.5 inches in height, consider chains that are 6-12mm wide, like a Cuban link, ball chain, or other bold designs. The choice ultimately depends on your style preference. If you’re unsure or need styling advice, feel free to reach out to us.

Question 9

Are Aporro chains made with real silver or real gold?

Question 15

How do I choose the right bracelet size?

Accepted Answer

Measure your wrist just above the wrist bone using a measuring tape or a piece of string. Keep your palm open and relaxed while measuring. Then compare your wrist measurement with the size guide on the product page.

For a closer fit, choose a size near your wrist measurement. For a more relaxed fit, add a little extra room. Wider bracelets may feel tighter than slimmer styles, so consider both wrist size and bracelet width before ordering.

Question 16

What adjustable bracelets does Aporro offer?

Accepted Answer

Aporro offers selected adjustable bracelet styles, depending on the design and collection. Adjustable bracelets are a strong choice if you are between sizes, buying a gift, or prefer more flexibility in how the bracelet sits on your wrist.

Please check the product page to confirm whether a specific bracelet is adjustable. If the bracelet does not list adjustability, contact Aporro Service before ordering.

Question 17

How do I choose the right bracelet width?

Accepted Answer

Bracelet width affects both comfort and visual weight. Slimmer bracelets are easier for daily wear and stacking, while wider Cuban or iced-out styles create a heavier, more noticeable look.

If you have a smaller wrist, a medium width may offer a better balance between comfort and presence. If you want the bracelet to hit harder on its own, choose a wider style, but make sure the size works for your wrist.

Question 18

Can I customize the clasp on my Aporro Cuban bracelet?

Accepted Answer

Selected Cuban bracelets may support clasp customization. Availability depends on the bracelet style, width, material, and clasp design.

Some clasp customizations may require an additional fee and extra production time. Please contact Aporro Service before placing your order to confirm whether your requested clasp can be made, how much it will cost, and how long it will take.

Question 19

How do I find my Aporro ring size?

Accepted Answer

The most accurate way is to measure your finger or measure the inner diameter of a ring that already fits you well. Your finger size can change depending on temperature, time of day, and knuckle size, so we recommend measuring more than once before ordering.

Please compare your measurement with the ring size guide on the product page. If you are between sizes, consider how you prefer your ring to fit and contact Aporro Service before purchase.

Question 25

What if my ring size is not listed?

Accepted Answer

If your size is not listed, please contact Aporro Service before placing your order. Some ring styles may support custom sizing, but availability depends on the ring design, material, stone setting, and production requirements.

Custom sizing is reviewed case by case and may require an additional fee and extra production time. Please confirm all details before ordering.

Question 26

Can Aporro customize ring sizes?

Accepted Answer

Selected ring styles may support custom sizing. However, not every ring can be resized or made in every size due to design, stone setting, material, or production limits.

Custom ring sizing may require an additional fee and production time. Please contact Aporro Service before purchase to confirm whether your requested size is available, whether any fee applies, and how long production will take.
