Steps to start the production:
1. Appoint a local dentist to get a 3D scanning file of your teeth/ teeth mold.
2. Place the order and email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) the 3D scanning file/ contact us to get the address to send your teeth mold.
3. Confirm the preview of the grillz and start the production!

When we ship our packages to you there are no further updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update.
The package may be returned for the following reasons:
Wrong or incomplete address
Invalid phone number
Unable to deliver

*Please note that we can help you to change the size, removing an item, changing your shipping address before shipment. Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to change anything.
Aporro provides a 30-day warranty on all products. Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order. Beyond 14 days ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.
All custom items and solid gold items are not subject to returns.
