DESCRIPTION

The 14-piece Infinity collection by Aporro is a nod to a symbol standing the test of time. The series of jewelry is accented with an ouroboros serpent that was molded into an infinity link and harmonized into the 14k & sliver wearable art.

●The ring is 3D engraved with an infinite symbol wrapped by a rattlesnake biting its own tail.

● The inner and outer rings of the ring are full of diamonds.

●The ring is made of 925 sterling silver, which is easy for daily maintenance, and 925 silver is antibacterial and will not cause allergy.

There are NO returns or exchanges on Solid Gold Products and Custom Products, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Once any of our Solid Gold Products and Custom Products go into production, there can be NO cancellations.

Additionally, Earrings, Grillz cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Mystery Boxes, Sale Items, Gifts are final sale and cannot be returned.

Why is the tracking number not working?

When we ship our packages to you there are no further updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update.

Why was my payment declined?

*Please note that we can help you to change the size, removing an item, changing your shipping address before shipment. Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

How do I cancel my order and get a refund?

Aporro provides a 30-day warranty on all products. Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order. Beyond 14 days ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.

All custom items and solid gold items are not subject to returns.

    Find a bracelet that fits you correctly. Set it down flat. Measure with a ruler the length from the top of the clasp to the end of the bracelet. Make a note of the measurement. Order your Aporro bracelet in a size as close as possible to this measurement.

    MEASURE WITH CUT OUT RULER
    STEP 1: OPEN AND PRINT PDF IN 100% SCALE
    Start with opening the pdf file which you find when clicking the 'Ring Measuring PDF'. Make sure the pdf is scaled 100% and then print it.

    STEP 2: CHECK THE PRINTED FILE IS THE CORRECT SIZE WITH A CREDIT CARD
    Check that the printed PDF file is the right size with your credit card or a card that has the same size as a credit card. Place the card in between the two arrows on the upper right-hand side of the paper. If the card fits perfectly in between the arrows you know that the printed PDF is the right size.
    STEP 3: CUT OUT THE MEASURING RULER
    Cut out the measuring stick from your printed measuring guide.
    STEP 4: CUT THE DOTTED LINE
    Make a short cut on the dotted line. Make sure not to cut all the way through, just enough to leave a hole in the paper. To make it easier you can fold the paper in half and cut on the dotted line.
    STEP 5: PULL THE THINNER END THROUGH THE HOLE
    Pull the thinner end of the cut-out ruler through the hole in the paper, so you create a loop with the paper. Make sure that you have the number on the outside so you can read your size.
    STEP 6: SET THE PAPER LOOP ON YOUR FINGER AND TIGHTEN IT UP
    Set the paper loop on your finger, close to your knuckle or where you want the ring to sit. Tighten the loop by pulling the thinner paper end until you feel that it's the correct ring size. You find the ring size number printed on the paper that comes out of the loop. The correct ring size number is the number printed on the line closest to the paper cut hole.
    STEP 7: COMPARE THE SIZE NUMBER WITH THE RING SIZE ON THE PRINTED PDF
    Compare the printed size number on the cut-out ruler with the ring size on the printed pdf. You find the ring size listed under the circles with the printed size numbers inside.

    Place the measuring tape over your finger and pull it around into a circle.
    STEP 2: ADJUST THE SIZE
