How We Create Your Grillz
From your initial order to the final delivery, here is our complete production process
01 Receive & Create Your Mold
After placing your deposit, your professional mold kit will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Our customer service team will contact you within 12 hours for a detailed consultation. Once you complete your impression at home, ship it to us.
02 Custom Design Creation
Our design team creates your custom grillz based on your style preferences. You'll receive digital mockups for approval before we begin production.
03 Start of Production
Once the design is confirmed, the second payment is made and production begins. Throughout the process, your dedicated consultant will keep you updated with progress and share real-time production insights.
04 Polish & Quality Control
Each grillz undergoes meticulous hand-polishing and rigorous quality checks. We test fit, finish, and stone security before final approval.
05 Secure Shipping
Once your grillz are completed, the remaining balance is due before delivery. After that your finished grillz will be carefully packaged in a luxury presentation box and shipped fully insured with tracking to your door.

Follow these simple steps at home to create a perfect dental impression — no dental visit required
PREPARATION
Brush And Floss Thoroughly. Cold Water Only. Ensure Your Hands Are Sterile Before Handling The Putty.
PREPARE MATERIALS
Set A Timer For 3 Minutes. Lay Out The Base And Catalyst Putties. Test Fit The Empty Tray In Your Mouth First.
QUICK MIX
Knead The Base And Catalyst Together Until The Color Is Solid With No Streaks. You Have Exactly 45 Seconds.
PLACE IN TRAY
Roll Putty Into A Log And Place Into The Tray. Ensure Even Distribution From End To End. Time Is Of The Essence.
TAKE THE IMPRESSION
Push Tray Firmly Onto Teeth. Hold Static For 3 Minutes. Breathe Through Your Nose. Pro-Tip: Do Not Move Your Jaw.
REMOVE & SHIP
Gently Wiggle To Break The Seal. Rinse In Cold Water. Let Dry, Place In Bag, And Ship Back In The Provided Return Mailer.

How long will it take to make?
All work produced is subject to its own turnaround time, commonly 2 – 3 weeks. Once we receive your mould kit, we aim to have your piece completed by 14 working days. (Though this depends on the complexity of the piece it can vary between 14-20). For custom commissions vary in production time, reflecting the complexity of the work.

What materials do you use?
We use high-quality materials such as:
- 925 Sterling Silver
- Gold (various karats)
- Natural Diamonds/Lab Diamonds/VVS Moissanite/CZ
Can I eat, drink, or smoke with grillz on?
We do not recommend eating, drinking, or smoking while wearing grillz, as this may cause staining, discoloration, or damage.
What if the grillz don’t fit?
Because each piece is made from your own mold, fit issues are rare. However, we offer:
- One free adjustment service
- Guidance from our team
Additional adjustments may require extra cost.
After Care
All customers are warned to refrain from smoking, drinking & eating with cap(s) in to avoid stains and discolouration of the metal and rare cases swallowing of caps.
Returns & Refund Policy – Custom Grillz
Due to the custom nature of our grillz, all orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun or the order is completed.Please review the following terms carefully: Deposit Stage (Before Mould Is Used)
Once the deposit is paid and the mould kit has been shipped and received, if you wish to cancel the order, we will refund the remaining balance after deducting the cost of the mold kit and shipping fees.
- After Mold Is Returned & Design Confirmed
Once you have taken your mold kit and we have received it, and our designer has created and confirmed your design, the deposit becomes non-refundable. - Production Stage (After Second Payment)
After the design is approved and the second payment is made, production begins. At this stage: The order cannot be cancelled or modified If cancellation is requested, the deposit and any incurred production costs will be deducted If the product is near completion, cancellation and refunds will not be accepted - After Delivery (No Quality Issues)
Once the product is delivered and fits properly with no quality issues, returns or refunds are not accepted. - Fit Issues
As each piece is made based on the customer’s own mold kit, we do not accept returns or refunds for fit-related issues.
However, we do offer support: You may contact us for assistance and adjustments We provide one free adjustment service A new mold kit will be required, and the cost of retaking and shipping the mold is the customer’s responsibility If further adjustments are needed after the first one, all additional costs will be borne by the customer
